As the 2009-2010 year approaches, Im exited to say that I believe this will be the clubs best year of all. We have an amazing committee that plans to work hard to help our members reach their goals within the Engineering field. The Engineering Club at PPCHS is in its second year and we've already accomplished so much! The main objective we have this year is to help increase the knowledge of our members interested in Engineering. My main goal for this year is to give everyone in the club an overview of the different area's in Engineering.
Hopefully at the end of the year, each member will have an idea of what they like best in the vast field of Engineering. Whether it be biomedical engineering, or aerospace engineering, I would like to expose our members to as many different fields as possible. The second objective I have for this year is, to work on a project that will benefit our community. I want to teach our members how to observe their surroundings, find specific problems, then collaborate their idea's with other members to find a solution. If we start of with small projects like this, I know we can move onto bigger tasks.
